A Taste of the Old West

Saddle up to the bar and tell the tales of your Western adventures over a beer, glass of wine, or one of our seasonal signature cocktails. The Red Fox Saloon offers a pub-style menu including soups, sandwiches, salads, and as many as 12 draft beers, including local favorites from the Snake River Brewing Company and Grand Teton Brewing Company.

• Snake River Brewing, located in the heart of Jackson, has won hundreds of national and international brewing awards. In 2000 and again in 2001, they were named “Small Brewery of the Year” at the Great American Beer Festival in Denver, Colorado. In 2006 they received USDA Organic Certification for their Organic Beer #1 (“OB-1” for short). This Organic English Style Brown Ale helps them encourage sustainable farming practices for barley and hops.

• Grand Teton Brewing Company was founded in 1988 as the first modern “micro” brewery in Wyoming, just over Teton Pass from Jackson, WY in Victor Idaho. The brewery partners with the Yellowstone Park Foundation to assist in fundraising for Park preservation and over 5% of production is donated to help environmental and community charities.
