The Deposit for room reservations is the amount equivalent to the 1st nights stay plus tax for room only reservations. Pacakge reservations require a deposit of $250.00 per person on the package. If a guest cancels outside of 30 days from the reserved arrival date 95% of the deposit will be refunded. Any cancellation or portions of a confirmed reservation, which is canceled within 30 days, will forfeit the deposit.
