A Day on the Package—What's Included

Arrival
If you need transportation from Jackson or the Airport on arrival we will be glad to pick you up. A package stay of three nights or more will provide you complimentary transportation for your arrival and departure. If you’re staying fewer then three nights on the package transportation can be arranged for a minimal fee.

Social Hour
The Package begins with Social Hour after check in, from 5-6:30 PM of all you can drink domestic draft beer, basic well drinks, wine & appetizers. Social hour is included each night of the package.

Dinner
Following Social Hour guests can join us in either the Grizzly Steakhouse or Red Fox Saloon for dinner. The Steakhouse Menu includes Prime Rib, pasta dishes, salads, soups and appetizers to mention a few. Package guests can choose from any entrée on the saloon or steakhouse menu. Dessert and fountain sodas are also included. The bar menu is a typical grill menu of Burgers, Sandwiches, Chicken Fingers and various appetizers. There is no set time for package guests to dine; they are welcome to dine any time during dining hours. Dining hours change during the season but generally run from 5PM to 9:30PM. Dinner is included every night on the package.

Nights Stay
After drinks and dinner, relax in our hot tubs then retire to your cabin, lodge room or suite for the evening.

Breakfast
In the morning, join us for breakfast in the Steakhouse for a full-spread hot breakfast buffet. We serve eggs, pancakes, biscuits & gravy, bacon, sausage, fruits and yogurts, cereals and pastries. Breakfast is included every morning after the first night.

Guide Service
Once you have finished breakfast, join a guided group for advanced backcountry riding or a scenic trail ride. Guided groups depart at 9 AM everyday and 1PM for afternoon half days. We match our guests’ experience, riding style and desired riding to form cohesive groups that will ride good together. We try to limit our groups size to no more than 10 guests per guide, however the groups are not always at capacity. The guide service is included everyday between your arrival and departure day. A guide can be arranged for an early arrival or late departure for a minimal fee. Our Guided trips return by dark between 4-4:30 PM everyday. We do not permit night riding in the mountains on our rental fleet, nor is it recommended with non-rentals. Guide service must be reserved 30 days prior to arrival. Bookings within 30 days are subject to availability.

Do it Again…
The Package would begin again with Social Hour from 5-6:30 for the second night. The package ends after breakfast on your departure day. Checkout is at 11 AM. Again, a stay of three nights on the package will provide complimentary departure transportation or it can be arranged for a small fee, if staying less than three nights.

Additional Benefits of the Package
Our guests who join us on the package also enjoy additional discounts at Togwotee. The gas station will discount gas 10¢ per gallon, 10% off gas station items and our gift shop will also provide a 10% discount. Package Guests renting snowmobiles will enjoy a $20.00 discount per sled rental per day.

Lodge Rooms (28 Lodge Rooms)

Our lodge rooms are located on the second floor of the main lodge. They have two queen size beds, a cable television, coffee maker, hair dryer, telephone, and a private bathroom. The lodge rooms have views of the national forest.

Family Rooms (6 Rooms)

Our family rooms are located on the third floor of the main lodge. The family rooms have a living room with a queen size sofa sleeper, small refrigerator, T.V. and a small microwave and coffee maker. The family rooms are not equipped with dishes. They have a queen size bed and a set of twin size bunk beds, sectioned off by a set of curtains. The family rooms also have a large walk-in closet and a private bathroom, which is divided into two parts. One part has a sink and a commode and the other part has a sink and a full bath.

Cabins ( 54 Cabins)

Our cabins are nestled in the pines away from the lodge. They consist of a small living room with a full size sleeper sofa, a small kitchenette (with a small microwave, two burner stove, small refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans, and utensils), a private bathroom, and a bedroom with two queen size beds. The cabin also offers a telephone and two cable televisions, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. On the exterior porch there is charcoal BBQ grill and a picnic table. Twenty of our cabins have fireplaces, two of which are Handicap Accessible (they only have one queen size bed.) The cabins have views of the national forest.

Fireplace Cabins are an additional $20.00 a night. Wood and firestarter are provided.
