
Self-Guided Fishing
Explore the famous streams of Jackson Hole and the surrounding mountains for some great fishing. The Buffalo Fork River is a short 10 min drive and sections of the river provide spectacular views of the Teton Mountain Range. Trout are plentiful in this river, ranging from 8-16 inches on average. The legendary Snake River is only a 20 minutes drive from Togwotee Mountain Lodge.

Guided Fishing
Guided fishing trips to Snake River, Yellowstone National Park, Yellowstone Lake, and Lewis Lake, leave daily throughout the summer season. No experience and no equipment required. You will be supplied with everything you need for a great fly fishing experience - so leave your fishing equipment at home.

Jackson Hole - Snake River
With equipment provided, you will be provided fishing lessons – or instruction to improve your ability. This can be a group and family activity, or a solo adventure. Also, we wil fish the whitewater areas when the time is right. We practice catch and release, so bring your camera. Included at no extra charge is all fishing equipment, flies, lures, heavy raingear, casting lessons to suit and improve your ability and transportation from our shop, or other convenient location.

Snake River Canyon
Bald eagles, mountain views and plenty of Cutthroat trout characterize this river. From scenic to whitewater, Teton Troutfitters offer over 50 miles of varied terrain, to suit your skill level and current fishing conditions. The upper Snake River is braided channels, with cut banks and logjams holding native Cutthroat trout. We offer full and half-day trips in these sections. Casting lessons are part of our program, and our guides can start with a novice, or fine-tune an experienced angler.

Yellowstone National Park
Anglers 12 years of age or older must be in possession of a valid Yellowstone National Park fishing permit to fish in the park. A fishing permit is valid only if signed by the permittee. A permit fee is charged for anyone 16 years of age or older. Children 11 years of age or younger may fish without a permit when supervised by an adult.

Yellowstone Lake
Access the largest lake in Wyoming, in the comfort and safety of Yellowstone inspected powerboats. Our Yellowstone Park licensed captains will guide you along 110 miles of shoreline, in search of native cutthroat. Whether you fly fish, or spin fish, this catch and release area has over two million trout.

Lewis Lake
From early season ice-off, to autumn's clear waters, this challenging lake contains brown, brook and lake trout. For the more advanced angler, Lewis Lake offers plenty of action, with ice-off occurring around Memorial Day. When the sun warms that open water for the first time in six months, the trout love it.
