LODGING AND TOUR POLICIES
Payment Policy: Pre-payment equal to one night accommodation rental fee is payable by credit card at time of booking. Balance is due at time of check-out. A credit card will be held on file for any activity booking, but not charged till check in.
Cancellation Policy: Cancel policies are rate specific. You can view the policy by clicking on the rate name when availability returns.
No Snow, No Go Gaurantee
Our snow guarantee. We want you to have the experience you came for. And while we can’t control the weather, we can certainly ensure that you’ll be able to ride the most famous areas surrounding Togwotee. If not, you can get a refund or reschedule.
- Guaranteed: Off trail ride & back country ride in all of Togwotee’s famous areas: Game Creek, Squaw, Kettle Creek, Carmichael, Moccasin Basin, Breccia Cliffs, Beauty Park, Split Rock, Rock Garden, Leidy, Gules Bowl, Austen Peek, and Lost Lake.
- Promise: If these conditions aren’t met, you can request a full refund or different dates for your trip up until 7 days prior to arrival. By then, we will know what snow conditions are going to be. Within 7 days of your arrival, there is no refund and no rescheduling.
- Please note: If conditions are sufficient over the original dates of your reservation, the standard cancellation policy for your reservation applies. This is not a powder guarantee.
- For Advance Purchase Rates, the customer can change their reservation to other dates within the same season but they will not be able to cancel their reservation.
Miscellaneous
Check In / Check Out: Togwotee Mountain Lodge check in begins 4PM, check out by 11AM.
The front desk CLOSES promptly at 12am. For late check in locate your registration card and the corresponding lock box. Type the last four digits of your phone number into the box. If you did not provide a phone number use the last four digits of your Togwotee confirmation number. Push the buttons until they click. If your four digits have the same number twice you can push this button once. After the combo has been entered push down on the top black button on the lock box. Take your keys, reenter the combo, place the bottom of the combo face into the box, press down on the top black button and push back into the box to release. If you enter the wrong combo push down on the lower black button to reset the codes and try again. If you cannot open the box or do not have your number please call the front desk manager on duty. The number is posted on the lobby door. The keys are coded and do not say your room number for security reasons. Please follow the map with your paperwork. Please sign and leave your registration card in the box.
Daylight Savings Time is observed in the State Wyoming.
Pets: Pets are permitted at the Togwotee Mountain Lodge with a $20.00 Non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be caged in room, for housekeeping. Only Cabin’s #114, 115, 124 & 125 will accommodate pets.
