Day of Arrival:
Adventure & Relaxation Just Outside Your Door - Whether you choose to stay in a room or suite in our western-style lodge, or in one of our cozy cabins, you’ll experience warm hospitality, delicious meals and the gateway to endless outdoor adventure at Togwotee Mountain Lodge.
Grand Teton Covered Wagon Cookouts -Escape into the Old West when our partner, Castagno Outfitters, will take you on a comfortable 20-minute wagon ride through the splendor of Buffalo Valley. Your destination is an isolated aspen grove where you will experience one of the best rib-eye steak dinners this country has to offer. Topping off dinner is authentic cowboy entertainment that is sure to get your toe tapping before you take the scenic ride back to your car.
Return to our cozy Togwotee Mountain Lodge - After an exciting western style adventurous dinner relax and unwind in our cozy accomodations at Togwotee Mountain Lodge.
1st Full Day:
Breakfast at the Grizzly Grill - Served Daily: 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM
Ride Off into the Wilderness - Enjoy the majestic views of Wyoming's Bridger-Teton National Forest by horseback from Togwotee Mountain Lodge. An extensive network of riding trails is located behind the lodge. The trails provide scenic vistas of Jackson Hole winding you to the top of Angle Mountain at 10,200 feet or down to the Buffalo Fork River. Kids 5 years of age and older can go horseback riding.
Grab - N- Go Lunch - Now that you have been Mesmerized by the awe-inspiring scenery of the Bridger-Teton National Forest it is time for some quick Grab-N-Go Lunch at the Grizzly Grill before your next action packed activity.
Soak Up the Adventure - Excitement awaits you on our eight-mile guided Whitewater River Rafting Trip. Combining spectacular scenery with the excitement of rolling rapids, this rafting trip has all the ingredients for the perfect river adventure. So gear up to get wet.
Whitewater Rafting Trip Options for Adults and Children (Age 12 & younger):
- 14-person Paddle Raft, bigger boat, gentler ride
- 8-person Paddle Raft, smaller boat, rougher ride
Dinner at the Red Fox Saloon - Nothing brings people together like a hearty appetite earned from an active day in the outdoors. The Red Fox Saloon, located in the main lodge is overflowing with warm hospitality, delicious meals, and authentic Western ambiance.

Infinite Summer Fun - There is an array of summer activities to choose from at Togwotee Mountain Lodge that may suit you best. Your options are as follows:
- Mountain Biking - With trails leaving from the doorstep of Togwotee Mountain Lodge into the neighboring National Forest, we can help select the right bike trip for you – whether you're a beginner or advanced rider.
- Hiking - Pack your lunch and head out the back door into some of the 2.5 million acres of public lands surrounding Togwotee Mountain Lodge.
- Fishing - You can try your hand at self-guided fishing trips around the area. We also offer Guided fishing trips to the Snake River that leave daily throughout the season
- River Float Trip - Our Partner, Triangle X, offers several Snake River floating trips to suit your interest. The 2 options are Early Morning 10 - Mile Float Trip and an Evening Wildlife Float Trip.
Grab - N- Go Lunch - Now that you have been Mesmerized by the awe-inspiring scenery of the Bridger Teton National Forest it is time for some quick Grab-N-Go Lunch at the Grizzly Grill before your next action packed activity.
Ride 'Em, Cowboys - Have you ever been to a Rodeo before? Now is your chance to try out some western style fun in Jackson Hole. Rodeo activities include Barrel Racing, Calf Roping, Bull Riding, Saddle Bronc Riding and Bareback Bronc Riding.
Dining at Jackson Hole - Jackson Hole, located about 1 scenic hour south of Togwotee Mountain Lodge has a wide selection of cuisines for you to choose from whether you are looking for good 'ol home cookin' from the Old West or the fine dining of the region, your appetite will surely be satisfied.
Take a Relaxing Dip in the Hot Tub - Not ready to call it a night yet? You can take a relaxing dip in our hot tub situated in the Pavilions at the Togwotee Mountain Lodge.
