As part of the Aramark employees benefit program, Aramark’s leisure division offers discounts on rooms to Aramark employee’s friends and family members at our various lodging destinations.

Discount: Aramark Friends and Family are eligible to receive up to 40% off the Best Available Rate on lodging. The friend or family member may make up to 2 lodging reservations with the special rate and must present the authorization form and a picture ID upon check in.

To Book: Friends or family must provide the Friends and Family Rate Authorization Form with the signature of the General Manager of the employee’s Aramark location verifying employment by Aramark and that the friend or family member is authorized to receive the rate. Room reservations may be made online via the link below. If you do not see the Friends and Family rate return, it is not available.
