Togwotee Mountain Lodge is the perfect balance of form and function. The lodge itself, perched at 8,600ft elevation sits directly beneath storms approaching from the Teton Mountain Range to the west, which take pause along the Continental Divide just to the east of the lodge and dump…and dump. Little did Togwotee Founders Al and Bertha Angle realize in 1908 what winter dream destination they had created.
Easy access is key. At Togwotee, everything is here in one place; the best of varied western terrain right from your doorstep; no trailers, no riding an hour out of town on the same trail as everyone else. Just powder; 2.5 million acres of it to get out and enjoy. 600 miles of groomed trails lead you home to the lodge, cabins, saloon, restaurant, snowmobile rental shop, gas station…oh yeah and the hot tubs.

And who knows, we may just get close to the 55’ of annual total snowfall from 2010-11, which had us smiling all winter and still snowmobiling on the 4th of July that summer. Really.
Take a look over the site to see how to earn your bragging rights at Togwotee Mountain Lodge. We promise you’ll go home with a story to tell.
