Rental Shop Clerk

Function of the Job
To represent the lodge and Snowmobile Operation in a positive and out-going manner to all guests and personnel in the Rental shop and on the phone.

Job Responsibilities
include but are not limited to the following:

• Proficient at Maestro, the hotel management system (2 week-training)
• Provide accurate information to our guests regarding snowmobile services, trail system, facilities and local area.
• Follow the outlined procedures for checking in and out guests, paperwork, rental machines, and clothing.
• Follow the outlined procedures for posting charges and taking payment. Complete shift report and prepare cash drop daily.
• Check blue cards and snowmobile inventory.
• Communicate to other clerks and management regularly.
• Answer phone and direct calls in a polite and informative manner.
• Assist guests with any questions, complaints or problems.
• Initiate Search and Rescue if needed
• Sell parts
• Assist other departments as necessary
• Contact the Manager on Duty when necessary

Rental Shop Manager, Director of Snowmobile Operations, Manager on Duty

Supervises
• None

Acceptable Qualifications
• High School/GED
• Highly Computer Literate, good navigation skills and investigation skills.
• Customer Service Oriented/Experience
• Ability to Stand for 8-10 hours at desk
• Good English and phone presence
• Willing to seek clarification and assistance when necessary
• Multitasking abilities
• Cash Register Experience
• CPR & First Aid certified



Trail Groomer

Function of the Job
To maintain snowmobile trails according to Wyoming State Trails System specifications and to represent the lodge in a positive and out going manner.

Job Responsibilities
include but are not limited to the following:

• Operate Tucker Sno-Cat to maintain trails to state specifications.
• Follow all outlined procedures.
• Assist in routine care and maintenance of Sno-Cats to include daily checks of fluids, tracks, etc.
• Complete all pertinent paperwork, maps, reports, etc
• Contact the Manager on Duty when necessary

Director of Snowmobile Operations and Mechanic Shop Manager

Supervises
• None

Acceptable Qualifications
• High School/GED
• Heavy Equipment Operations
• Good English and written skills
• Willing to seek clarification and assistance when necessary
• Multitasking abilities
• Detailed oriented
• Mechanically inclined
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Willingness to work overnight shifts



Mechanics

Function of Job
To maintain TML’s snowmobile rental fleet and Tucker Sno-Cats. And to represent the lodge in appositive and out going manner.

Job responsibilities
include but are not limited to:
• General knowledge of how to repair both 2 stroke and 4 stroke engines
• Own tools

Supervision Received By
Mechanic Shop Manager, Director of Snowmobile Operations, Manager on Duty

Supervises
• None

Acceptable Qualifications
• High School/GED
• Certification from Polaris, Arctic Cat, Yamaha or other mechanical training desired
• Own tools
• Ability to display a friendly helpful attitude toward guests and other employees.
• Ability to seek clarification or assistance if unclear on specific tasks.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• CPR/First Aid certified.



Snowmobile Guide

Function of the job
To represent the lodge in a positive and out going manner to all guests and personnel. To provide a safe and enjoyable experience to all guests.

Job responsibilities
• SAFETY FIRST
• Provide accurate instruction to our guests on the proper and safe operation of all equipment.
• Follow outlined procedures for completing paperwork
• Follow outlined procedures for guiding on and off trail.
• Follow outlined procedures for checking equipment in and out
• Communicate to Rental shop manager and clerks
• Assist guests with any questions or problems
• Take care of your work tools (Guide sled)

Acceptable Qualifications
• High School or GED
• Snowmobiling Experience
• Willingness to work effectively and efficiently
• Customer Service Oriented/Experience
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Ability to stand and move for 8+ hours
• Willingness to seek clarification and assistance when necessary
• Mechanically inclined
