TML’s maintenance department is responsible for upkeep of the property and guest rooms. Many of the larger projects occur during the off seasons, including replacement of carpets, windows, electrical equipment, and plumbing. A rotating on call system helps keep things running during the seasons and after hours. In the summer a grounds keeper position is added and in the winter snow removal positions are added as well.
