Employees and out-of-town visitors receive a 30% discount on meals in both the restaurant and saloon. You’ll also receive 30% off all gift shop items that display a Togwotee logo. All other gift shop items are 20% off. Convenience store items are 20% off except for alcohol and tobacco. Discounts on gas are 3 cents above cost per gallon but not when paying at the pump. Some activities like horseback, cookouts, whitewater, and float trips are completely free of charge for at least one trip. Employees and out-of-town visitors also receive deep discounts on lodging at certain times. Please see the Front Office Manager or the Rooms Division Director for these times when cabins are $50.00 per night and lodge rooms are $30.00 per night.
Cell phone reception is mostly poor at our location. Some of the dorm rooms will get good reception but for Verizon service only. A few other areas around the property like the parking lot and laundry room also get good Verizon reception. There is one shared phone on the 2nd floor of the dorm that has voice mail. The direct number is 307 543 0442. No personal calls may be received at any other phone throughout the resort, especially the 800 number.
We do not have pet housing for seasonal employees. Year round managers in single occupancy units can have pets.
TML will provide transportation from the town of Jackson or the Jackson Hole Airport to Togwotee Mountain Lodge to begin the season and at the completion of employment. We do not provide assistance in getting to Jackson Hole.

Idaho Falls is the next closest airport, then Salt Lake City.
The Jackson Hole Express is a shuttle service from Salt Lake City though Idaho Falls and into Jackson daily. Check their website for current rates and schedules.
No Major Bus line stops in Jackson Hole. Greyhound can get you to the JH express in Salt Lake City or Idaho Falls. Plan accordingly if you are changing bus lines to get to Jackson Hole on the express.
We do have coin-operated laundry available and soap.
Yes, we do issue bedding, towels and face cloths. Staff are welcome to provide their own. Toiletries are not provided.
We provide a cable T.V. hook up for a T.V. that you provide. It is the same stations our guests enjoy including some movies channels, network channels and ESPN!
Payment is Biweekly and can be direct deposited to any United States Bank. An independent ATM is located in our lobby, and the Bank of Jackson Hole has an ATM 8 miles east of us.
We do provide check runs every two weeks on payday. We try to organize trips to Jackson, the parks and other local attractions. Many employees will car pool when they have matching schedules.
Yes, we do not allow open flame in the dorm rooms but other appliances are allowed.
Unfortunately no, we have no way to manage who enjoys our staff dining room, so all staff are charged. If you will miss a meal on your day off, the kitchen can make box lunches with advance notice for no additional fee. We allocate $4.00 to housing, $1.00 to breakfast, $2.00 to lunch and $3.00 to dinner per day of the $12.00 daily Room and Board fee. You will find the value of the housing and food to be much higher then the charge.
Yes, we have many positions with different beginning and end dates within the season. We have a slow opening and closing to the seasons and often hire in staff a few weeks after our opening and we allow departures a few weeks before we close. This also allows us to provide more hours for the staff when we are slow.
We do have an employee computer for Internet access in the Staff Dining Room. A wireless connection is available in the lodge. We are developing wireless access in our dorms as well. The connection to the lodge is a T1 line!
No, we do not have R.V. hookups for employees. An R.V. park is available in Buffalo Valley about 10 miles from our location.
We do allow couples to room together in our dorm. Many of our dorm rooms have fixed twin beds that cannot be removed. We do have some units for seasonal help that can accommodate 1 queen bed.
