Bartender

Function of the Job
To provide beverage and food service to our customers in a timely, efficient and friendly manner, while retaining full control of bar related liabilities.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Proficient at the Point of Sale System, the Aloha.
• Serving guest alcohol and food in a complete, timely and professional manner.
• Monitoring guests consumption and determining cut off limits on an individual basis.
• Restocking bar products and maintaining a clean and presentable work environment and bar.
• Monitor cooler temperatures.
• Working in a team method with other bartenders.
• Maintain and enforce all Wyoming laws, i.e. No admittance under 21
• Handle guest complaints in a professional manner
• Converse with guests in a friendly manner when timely and appropriate
• Exceptional cash handling and willing to follow sale procedures, no shortcuts.
• Confident in mixing all types of drinks efficiently (ounces)
• Knowledge of Bar products and drinks

Bar Manager (Primary), Food and Beverage Director, Manager On Duty

Acceptable Qualifications
Must be 21 years old to serve alcohol
Bartending experience a must
Knowledge of product and mixed drinks
Ability to pour correct ounces
Friendly personality, customer service oriented/experience
Ability to lift 50lbs
Ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hours
Cash register experience
Restaurant Point of Sale experience helpful, especially Squirrel
Conflict resolution in a bar situation
